Melissa started her full time real estate career in 1999. Shortly after, in 2000, Stan decided to switch careers and join her in real estate full time, never looking back. While raising their two young children, they worked together to build their business and quickly became a Top Producing Real Estate Team in the Greater New Orleans Area, known as The Adamcewicz Team and "The Power of Two".

Since that time, their real estate careers have provided them with many wonderful opportunities from New Orleans to Las Vegas (where they lived for 8 years) and back to NOLA. These experiences have given them the knowledge they have as Associate Brokers and Realtors to help their clients with all of their real estate needs. Some of their experiences have been working with local and national builders in construction and sales, building and renovating homes, helping their clients purchase local investment properties as well as beach vacation and second home investments along the gulf south.

Years after they started their real estate careers, they took slightly different journeys when Stan was asked to become the Team Leader/CEO of Keller Williams Realty in Metairie, LA. This was such a special role for him and one of his greatest opportunities and achievements in life. During his 12 year tenure, he was able to positively impact the lives of many. He helped grow and operate the office to become the largest real estate brokerage in the Greater New Orleans area and one of the largest in the Gulf States Region with over 300 amazing real estate agents. He has also been privileged to serve and is currently serving as a Board Member and an Executive Committee Member with the New Orleans Metropolitan Association of Realtors.

While Stan was serving as a Team Leader, Melissa had the pleasure of being a member of one of the Top Producing Real Estate Teams in the Greater New Orleans area and the Gulf States Region for over 9 years helping her buyers, sellers and investors. She has consistently ranked in the top 20% in production and has had the honor of serving on the Associate Leadership Council for Keller Williams Realty.

Melissa and Stan have always loved working together and being true entrepreneurs at heart, they decided it was time for them to come full circle and work together again once again to combine the knowledge and skills that they have developed over the years to assist their clients.
